Review on Mi Platform
Mi Platform is a July System’s cloud platform for making and managing mobile website. As shown in the tutorial, Mi Platform looks very easy to use and quite flexible in terms of design customization. But as I have not yet carried out an in-depth test, I cannot issue any rating. I invite you however to see user rating or to share your own experience of if you are Mi Platform user.
The platform is made of of three panels:
- A first panel which contains all available modules for building mobile pages : modules library.
- A phone emulator which serves both to preview mobile pages and to manage (add, move, delete, duplicate, …) constituting modules.
- And a contents editor which serves to edit the modules contents and styles.
Any mobile website built on Mi Platform is made of some mobile pages linked together. In turn, each page is constituted by a set of modules of various functions and contents. To build a mobile pages, you simply need to drag the modules you want from the modules library, drop them into the phone emulator and modify their contents by using corresponding filling forms [located at the contents Editor].
