Review on Fiddlefly platform

Fiddlefly enables users to create a high quality mobile website while remaining easy to use. Moreover, by allowing the user to customize separately modules properties from the rest of its container page, the builder is able to create highly customized mobile website for the sake of those who want to stand out from the crowd.

In terms of ergonomics, the user experience provided by Fiddlefly is of impeccable quality. By cons, the number of available modules seems to be limited for large scale and complex mobile project.

PROS: Easy to use, High performance design customization tools, Generate high quality mobile website, Great for web agency and mobile website reseller, Custom code allowed, Advanced SEO.

Using the mobile website Reseller & Business solutions

Fiddlefly back-end control interface consists of four panels. From left to right, you can see the Page manager panel which contains a tree view of all of your mobile pages, a Library panel which contains all available modules for creating mobile website, a Phone emulator which serves to preview mobile websites and a Customisation panel which serves to personalize all modules of a mobile page.

On Fiddlefly, a mobile website is made of some mobile pages linked together. And any page, in turn, is made of many modules enqueued side-by-side. Each module comes with specific contents and its function may vary from one module to another. Some of them are used for instance to contain texts while other serves to embed Click to action function (Click to call, Click to map, etc.).

By default, Fiddlefly based mobile website contains only one page which is the Homepage. The page comes with three default modules namely a Logo, a Navigation menu and a Text box.

In edit mode, the phone emulator of Fiddlefly may be served as page editor and gives you full control over the types and the organizations of your mobile page’s contents. You are free to keep or to remove preloaded modules, and you can also add new modules by dragging what you need from the library and dropping them into any place within your mobile page. If you want, you may as well sort your modules order on a page by drag & drop.

You can add as many pages as you want in your mobile website. These pages are initially empty but you can add your own contents by inserting new modules.

When all modules are placed, you can personalize any page by editing one after another its constituting modules. You can among other customize modules’ contents by adding texts, links and pictures through corresponding filling forms (located at the customisation panel).

To customize the design of your mobile website, you can change styles (color, background, …) of any of its constituting pages by using the Page setting button. To push further customization, you can even change separately styles of various modules of a page rather than settling for customizing page overall styles.
